Brian Montgomery
President
Brian is an entrepreneur with a passion for inspiring, motivating and engaging employees to personal and professional growth. In 2009, he started a medical equipment repair service company with one employee and a home office.
In 2013, he sold that business after growing it to $50M annual revenue with 250 employees providing service across 27 states. Since then, he has been helping other small business owners through PrideGroupCo’s services, writing a book (The Nice Entrepreneur) and building a boutique, Caribbean-luxury resort in Belize with his wife, Brenda.

Brenda Montgomery
Controller
Brenda’s financial experience ranges from internal auditing to overseeing general bookkeeping. We like to say Brenda can find a missing penny in a million dollars (and she can). Brenda started her career in car dealerships, and later served as Controller for a large service company, overseeing thousands of accounting transactions each year.
She supports PrideGroupCo clients by setting up and reviewing their accounting systems, helping prepare for end of year and getting their books ready for their accountant, and helping them identify ways to better analyze their income and expenses.

Tobie Beck
Executive Director
Tobie has experience as an administrative assistant supporting entrepreneurs, mid-level managers and C-Suite executives. Her experience covers a range of industries from insurance to non-profits to service organizations.
Tobie supports PrideGroupCo clients with project management, marketing, social media and administrative needs. Tobie loves the variety of her job – doing something new every day – and the challenge of a project.

Tammy Fudge
Human Resources Manager
Tammy has experience with human resources and payroll administration for companies ranging from 5 to 250 employees across various states. For PrideGroupCo clients, not only can Tammy provide support for HR and payroll, she also specializes in general bookkeeping and benefits administration. She loves policies and forms (which is fortunate for those of us who don’t!).
Tammy is also co-owner of Integrus Electric, a commercial electric contractor providing services across North Texas.
